Adrian Burton

Adrian started his cost management consultancy business Auditel in April 2008 helping businesses to reduce overhead costs. He quickly proved adept in finding savings and was recognised by Auditel UK winning Newcomer of the year in 2008 and Consultants Consultant of the year in 2009. Prior to Auditel he spent 22 years in the IT industry working for Gartner Inc, Geac Enterprise Solutions and JBA International.

His roles in IT were many and varied from Director- Operations, Channels Manager, Customer Services Manager, Pre Sales Manager, through to project management. Adrian lives in Walsall and is married to Michele with 3 children, his hobbies include, golf, rugby, caravanning, and quiz's.

Andeep Mangal

Thapers Chartered Accountants was established in 1977 and specializes in advising SMEs. Andeep is the senior partner of the firm.

Andeep has extensive boardroom and representational experience, including positions with the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, Aston Reinvestment Trust, the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Birmingham Metropolitan College.

His articulate and professional manner portrays a good image for the modern British Asian generation, demonstrating a successful career through his innate business acumen and passion for networking.
